I heard about Praxair through one of the leading job portals and it was indeed a matter of pride in representing one of the leading industrial gases suppliers in India known for its sustainable growth with an impressive list of clients and a positive corporate culture where every employee makes a difference and this made me want to join Praxair.

My role in Praxair now is that of an HR Associate – Learning & Development. In my current role I am involved in conducting role specific learning needs assessments , recognize and organize relevant training programs aligned to employee and organizational goals. We provide ongoing performance support through these programs to help employees tackle new challenges in their daily work life. I thoroughly enjoy this role as it deals with the positive changes one can bring about in people. Continuous learning drives personal & organizational growth. There were life changing instances during our training program for the participants and I was privileged to witness that & be a part of that change.

I started my journey in Praxair as a HR Coordinator in October 2010. After joining I had an opportunity to gain knowledge in almost all aspects of HR, be it recruitment, training, statutory compliance or employee engagement events, and this laid unshakable foundation for me in Praxair.

I have been able to build my skills in Praxair because of my role which demands collaboration with various departments, these continuous interactions have enhanced my networking skills to a large extent and have sculpted me as a matured professional.
