Oxygen
An industrial gas with the power to improve productivity, oxygen is used to enhance combustion in glass furnaces, reduce NOx emissions and improve quality.
Nitrogen
During manufacturing, nitrogen is used to inert the glass. This process prevents oxidation from occurring and allows the furnace to cool.
Hydrogen
In float glass manufacturing, our hydrogen is used, along with other industrial gases, to reduce the atmosphere over the tin bath to prevent oxidation.
Helium
Helium is used for coatings to meet the high-quality demands of the industry. Coatings can reduce the number of product defects and help your equipment last longer.

Oxygen-Enhanced Combustion
Our Dilute Oxygen Combustion (DOC) technology for glass melting is based on the injection of fuel and oxygen through separate burner ports. This industrial application eliminates most of the nitrogen in combustion air and can help you lower NOx emissions by up to 90%, safe fuel costs, and improve your productivity.

DOC – Wide Flame Burner

Ideal for large area coverage, the DOC-JL burner is based on our innovative Dilute Oxygen Combustion technology and offers reduced glass furnace emissions.
DOC – Forehearth Burner
Designed to provide substantial fuel savings in the forehearths of glass melting furnaces, our forehearth burner greatly improves glass melt temperature uniformity.
