Featuring cryo-condensation technology, our volatile organic compound (VOC) recovery system is a highly efficient, flexible alternative to destructive and adsorptive technologies. Using liquid nitrogen as the refrigerant, the cryo-condensation process cools the emissions in a process stream to very low temperatures in proprietary and patented heat exchangers. The VOCs are condensed and return valuable products back into your operation. The refrigeration is supplied through indirect heat exchange with liquid nitrogen. The warmed nitrogen is then utilized for purging and blanketing operations.
